Welcome to a soft and nourishing Sunday session - a space to unwind, integrate the weekend, and gently recharge for the week ahead.

During these two hours, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through a combination of sound healing and gentle, mindful touch. Participants will work in pairs, offering and receiving touch in equal time. If you arrive with a friend, you are welcome to pair together.

Throughout the sound bath, you will be guided in a simple, gentle touch sequence that often help the nervous system to soften. The invitation for the giver is to give from a meditative relaxed space. There is also space to follow your intuition and allow your touch or massage to flow naturally, always grounded in consent and mutual comfort.

Each session offers a unique sound journey using instruments such as gong, crystal bowls and other healing vibrations. The sounds can be felt not only around you but gently through you, supporting the body in releasing tension and settling into deep rest.

We begin by arriving together, move into the sound and touch journey, and close with tea and optional sharing for those who wish to stay.

No previous experience is needed, come as you are. You may drift into meditation, enter a creative state, a dreamy state, feel emotions moving through, or simply enjoy the pleasure of resting deeply in yourself.

This is a clothes-on event. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Adress will be provided upon booking.

The session will be held in Swedish or English dependent of participants needs. Participation fee is non refundable but your spot can be transferred to someone else in case you cannot make it.
